It's easy to book COVID vaccinations

Just wanted to give a shoutout to 811 and the vaccination booking process. Not sure where people are having problems booking but my experience was first-rate. I called 811, waited on hold for less than two minutes, and was greeted by a cheery voice asking “How can I help?” The worker found my records, suggested a location, and even searched nearby locations to my postal code to find the most convenient time and location. After the appointment was booked, the confirmation email showed up five minutes later. Quick and easy! Thanks, AHS and 811 for making this vital service workable!
