Re: Resource extraction. No surprise here as Quebec has decided that oil and gas reserves will remain underground and the province (nation or country) will move into a world dominated by electricity. Sounds OK, but if you think about the move, these thoughts should come to mind. Firstly, having their own supply of hydrocarbons would make them a have province and there would be no need for the milk and honey to flow from Alberta, and secondly, when Quebec officially separates from Canada (in the near future), they will have their own hydrocarbons in hand.
