BACHELORETTE CO-HOSTS RETURNING NEXT SEASON

The next season of The Bachelorette will once again feature former leads Tayshia Adams, shown, and Kaitlyn Bristowe as co-hosts. The pair are currently fronting the 17th season featuring Katie Thurston. They replaced longtime host Chris Harrison after he stepped down in February, amid controversy over race-related remarks. Around that time, sources told Variety that ABC and Warner Bros. Television weren’t rushing to name a replacement, and that the earliest a permanent host might be announced would be for the next season of The Bachelor. That show generally starts production each fall and premieres the following January. Season 18 of The Bachelorette, with Michelle Young as the woman looking for love, premières Oct. 19 on ABC. The 28-year-old teacher appeared on Matt James’s The Bachelor season.
