Well-lit downtown safe and inviting

I noticed that some buildings along Dundas Street downtown are lit at night and it would be a good idea for all buildings in the core.

Lighting up downtown would be a good tourist draw and also give London a distinctive look and feel at night while also bringing more people into the streets downtown since they are well-lit and safe.
